Default exhaust problems!

05 ram 15004 4.7 , i had gibson headers, but passenger side cracked, ajd i had to change them out so due to the money, i got a set of stock manifolds from ebay, and to make a long story short i had to delete the passenger side cat, now it has been a week, and i expected the engine code, but it has been missing worse and worse and i am getting 5 mpg , so have i caused irreversable damage or if i get a new set of cats put on will she be back to normal?

you shouldn't need cats for it to run good. The problem is probably elsewhere. First thing is to see what codes it's throwing. If it's a downstream(rear/after cat) O2 sensor code don't worry about it, they don't effect performance only emissions. If it's an upstream(front/in the manifold) O2 sensor code that is likely the issue. Or maybe there's some other code. Write the code down and post it here. Don't let the guys at the parts store tell you what the problem is, they are usually wrong.
