Default What to do?

So I bought a new 2012 Ram Express 10 1/2 weeks ago. When I bought the new ram it had a dent in the bumper so the dealership told me they could get it looking 100% original again. So I said okay and bought the truck and drove it home that night. 6 Weeks go by and they never called me so I called them and asked them what was up with my bumper. They ordered a new one and got it painted. It had all sorts of scratches in it and told him I wasn't happy. So they got it repainted again and it was way brighter (I have a white truck) than the rest of my truck. I wasn't happy at all and everyone could notice it. So another week goes by and my truck is back at the body shop that the dealership uses. I go to pick it up today and of course the bumper is still brighter than rest my truck! However it isn't as bright as it was before. The body shop the dealership uses its a shit hole also. Their office is in a mini trailer and it's a 3 man shop. So I basically want to think they just resprayed it instead of sanding it down every time. My old lady thinks I shouldn't go back to the dealership but I'm pretty unhappy about the truck. And I don't want the dealership to send me back to the same shit hole that will probably put 4 coats of paint on it now so it would be prone to chipping. Is there a way I could force the dealership to go to a reputable shop?
