Default P0016 -Live stream, but no MIL Timing Chain?

I have been experiencing rough Idle(kinda feel a misfire) on cold start, and power loss, and not really hard starting but like the truck is barley catching to startup. I did find a 4 ignition coils borderline out of range so I replaced them which truck feels a little more peppy but not fully back to life. Being I did not have any MIL/CEL luminations but still notice rough Idle heavy, abnormal air noise sucking thru tb, vibration and still barely trying to catch to startup, I decided to go to a live stream and noticed its picking a a P0016 cam/crank correlation misalignment and 2 Bank1 codes(cant remember at the moment). It was mentioned that its common that the timing chain may have either jumped a tooth, stretched, or the tensioner/guides are bad yet not throw a code being its not falling out of parameters to throw a MIL. As a test being Im a old part horder(lol) I replaced the old cam/crank sensors drove around for a bit and re-did the live scan pulling the exact same codes. Just a asking for some advice if anyone is leaning to the timing components chain, guides, tensioner etc as the culprit?

What does your live data show for the cam/crank difference?

Sorry for the delayed response, unfortunately I didn't get that information from the scanner didn't dawn on me to make note of it, But the guy with the scanner did show to three codes. P0016 and Bank 1 up/down stream codes. These were found even with no check engine light on.

So I just had my timing chain, gears, guide tensioner replace, to my surprise the chain was stretched pretty bad. He got the new timing set back on and showed my the difference. But if it wasn't obvious enough I noticed the cam gear keyway and crank gear keyway were still in the same position as before anything was replaced. I did ask if he had timed the motor to ensure it was on time. He mentioned that as long as the 2 colored links line up with the keyway on the cam gear and so forth the 1 colored link lines up the crank gear its timed. Is that correct? Or did I get a load full of BS? I did see where to two links had jumped a tooth to the right. Can anyone confirm about what the mechanic said

Today I went back to the shop to have to put the scanner back on the truck.
Same Codes were pulled
P0016 Crank/Camshaft Mis-align/sync (No Check Engine Lights On)
P0031 HO2S Heater Ctrl Circ Low Bank1 Sens1 (No Check Engine Lights On)
P0032 HO2S Heater Ctrl Circ Hi Bank1 Sens1 (No Check Engine Lights On)
P0033 Turbo Charger Bypass Valve Ctrl Circ (I Dont have a Turbo Charger)

The problem is the scanner couldnt clear these codes after many attemps. So we decided to look at the live data stream and thats when we shat. all the way down the list beside all the sensors, speed, rpm, vac, fuel trims etc etc the numbers were like in milisecond mode and spinning so fast Even with custom selection. Even tried linking to the pcm module could establish. So is it possilbe the pcm is hurt, bad driver, or half braindead?

The fact the PCM is throwing codes that can't possibly exist for your truck makes the think the PCM is faulty.

You were correct about the PCM, thank God its wasnt hardware issue. Dealership found out it somehow lost its VIN number and software corruption. Once they reloaded and reprogrammed the PCM. False codes were gone and everything looking good. Thanks for all the help and advice.
