I thought they all had the heater, just not the cord. If it does have the heater, the cord is cheap, like $15 from Geno's Garage.

i did find out for sure. it is an option with toe Cold Weather Package, if you d onot get your truck with that package, you will not have the block heater.
You can get it installed by thge dealer after the fact, will cost about $300 parts and labor, and thats with the Chrysler Employee Discount...

It took me 3 trys before finding it, facing the truck, feel just inboard of the passenger side tow hook. The plug has a cover on it, and it doesn't feel like a plug, also the wire is clipped to something pretty close to the plug so it doesn't move much. Once I found it, it was easy to get to and plug in to an extension cord and use the tow hook as a strain relief.
