Default Change power point from sometimes on to always on?

I have a 2012 Express CC. It has the two power points/cig lighters on either side of the center stack. One is always on and the other only when the switch is on. I despise switch controlled power points, so I was wondering if anyone knew either a simple way to modify it or had an idea of where to pull B+ from safely. I could figure it out, but thought maybe someone may have already done it.

Default Constant On

I don't have my truck close by, but either M6, M7 or M36 has the option to shift the fuse so that the switched power is constant power. I believe you can move the fuse so that the outlet is "hot" constantly. Good luck.
