Default Bad O2 sensors?

This is my first post. I just got a Ram 1500 and the check engine light was on and it indicated 02 sensors. The problem I am having is the engine will start and run fine, but after it warms up, it will lose power intermittently, like when slowing down to stop. It has done this on me a couple times and even when going 25 mph on straightway. I could mash brake and give engine more gas pedal to keep it from dying and go on. It happened to my wife this weekend where it stalled and she had to pull over and restart engine. I am going to pull the o2 sensor this weekend. I have checked for vacuum leaks and have have not found any loose hoses, etc. but will try with brake cleaner around intake to see if intake gasket is bad. My brother said I should check fuel filter. The engine has 220,000 miles but I got it with 217,000. Could the throttle sensor be a problem? I am hesitant about taking it to Dodge place. $$$.

Not sure how much $ you're willing to put into it, but a new sensor and cold air intake would be under $350, you would get plenty of air into your engine with that combination. Like you said, the intake gasket could very well have gone bad considering the mileage. Hope your problem is solved soon

Hi, I just pulled both sensors and found that upstream sensor had 2 wires cut.
The truck came with a after market air filter (K&N). I think you are right about the high flow air system. It should help out things if I can get everything lined out. I am going to clear the codes and take it for a test drive and see what develops. Thanks!
