Default 4" lift pricing?

Looking for help on if this is reasonable pricing/lift. I want to buy a 4" Superlift, add front Bilsteins, remove their springs in exchange for Icon variable rate 1.5" springs, 295 65r18 Duratrac's with 18" chrome Fuel Maverick wheels. The quote I have so far is $6,500 parts and labor. Is there any way I could make this cheaper? And I'm set on my component choices.

The truck is a 2012 1500 reg cab short bed sport 4x4.

$6,500 that's alot for only a 4" lift. I paid $1,485 for a 6" lift shipped. Then it's $650 for labor and $85 for an alignment. Alot of members on here going with the rcx lift and that's what i personally chose for my 6". Also i went with 35x12.50x18 Nitto trail grapplers and 18x9 moto metal 962s and that was about $2,360. So for a 6" lift, tires and rims i'm paying about $3,900. Check into the 4" Rcx lift they are nothing what they use to be before, they improved alot

Good to know. Since the trucks so new I don't want to void my warranty. My logic is the Superlift is also Mopar.

I'm not opposed to doing the install.

No matter what if you do the install Dodge isn't going to warranty the lift. In order for them to warranty it they would have to install the Mopar (rebranded superlift) in their shop. But even doing it yourself isn't going to void your entire warranty. Just the suspension parts and any premature failure of other parts because of the lift.... I'd say it's worth it

Now as far as lift goes... first off I'd recommend going with a 6". It is barely any more money and you'll probably end up kicking yourself if you don't. The RCX is definitely the top choice for a 6" lift. For a 4" lift I'd recommend Zone though. They give you new rear springs where the RCX kit only gives big coil spacers which I am not a fan of at all.

I'd also recommend bigger tires. You could easily fit 35's with a 4" kit or 37's with a 6" kit. And a little wider would be nicer too

The main reason I am looking at the 4" system is because my trucks a tool box and supply house on wheels. I frequently use my tailgate as a workbench on job sites and off loading and loading is nice at the current height.

I'm worried to jump to 35's for power and gas losses, am I being overly paranoid?
