Default TPMS flash Pressure Jump and Fog lights

in a nut shell once in a blue moon my Low tire pressure light comes on and by the time I change the computer to read it, the light goes off. Today I was able to switch it fast enough and I noticed that the PSI jumped for a few seconds from 65psi to 68/69.(my tires are larger so I filled them higher but that has never been an issue before) Then a few minutes later the Light came on again and for a little longer however this time my fog light indicator went out as well and stayed off even when I pushed the button. I am not sure what is going on and if any of you have experience with this it would be a great help.

I saw another thread where HIDs where the blame and I did install them recently and before that had no issues.

I suspect the HID ballast is giving off a frequency that is interfering with the TPMS.
