Default Gear ratio

I apologize if I am posting in the wrong place, but how do you find out what gear ratio you have? Just wondering if my truck has 3.55 or 3.91's. Thanks.

Look at the equipment list sticker under the hood. Mine was affixed to the underside of the hood itself and it had my gear ratio typed on it.

If it's not under the hood , check your glove box . If it's not there slide under the truck , under one of the bolts that holds the cover on , there should be a tag with the ratio stamped on it .

Couldn't find the equipment sticker on the truck anywhere. I did notice a sticker on the front diff with the ratio on it when I was changing my oil on Saturday though. It says 3.92. I guess that is what I have...front and rear have to be the same.
