Default 1988 Power-Ram LE-150 fuel issues

My truck has the 318 with throttle body injection. I have replaced the fuel-pump (in tank), the fuel lines(inlet, output and vent), fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator. After I run the truck for half an hour or so the fuel pressure starts dropping right off when the truck is under load. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
