Default Help!!!

Ok, I am selling my beloved 04 dodge ram today and I have been looking at trucks to buy and I need some help deciding. I am Looking at either a 07 Ford F150 FX4 Crew Cab 4x4 with a 6.5' Bed 131,000 Miles Loaded to the gills that I would end up owing $5,600 for after the sale of my truck, or an 03 Dodge Ram 2500 Quadcab Cummins 4x4 with 209,500 miles that I would owe $2,500 on. The only reason for looking at the dodge is the occasional towing 2 to 3 times a month of our 26' Camper that weighs 6,300 lbs. and it would double as a work truck hauling smaller loads and making some deliveries. My wife likes the looks of the dodge but not the miles, she likes the toys that the ford has. I like the interior storage that the dodge has, Organized Storage under the rear seats for my tow strap, Jumper Cables, Tie Downs, and 2 hitches, But I don't like the upkeep costs on the Diesels. But I like the miles on the Ford, I think it is a very nice ride, It has Adjustable Peddles so my wife is not hugging the steering wheel when driving. So which one should I get I need some advice and reasoning. I don't like debt and that is one of our deciding factors.
