Default offset tie rods???

I lowered my 05 2WD ram pu and now my tie rods are level or slightly above my rack causing steering wheel shake in pot holes/cracks in road. Anyone know of a company making offset tie rods or a bracket kit to raise the rack? Let us know, thanks
