Default WeatherTech Mud Flaps Don't Fit

I ordered them for my 2013 2500 Big Horn and they don't fit. Not even close. Anyone else run into this issue?

Not sure about the 2500 but the website says a rock guard or something needs to be removed for proper fitment on the 1500s. If its not even close maybe they sent you the wrong ones? From what I've seen from weather tech there products are normally spot on.

It looks like they only offer the flaps for the 2500 up trucks with flares. So that could be your problem if you don't have them.

Where did you order them from?

hm I have them on my 2010 1500 and although they are not perfect they are about as perfect as could be. I'd at least give them a chance to make it right.

I have them also for my 1500, 2012, with flares, and they fit real nice, no holes to drill and no rubbing the paint away, if you ordered as per your vehicle, they must of sent you the wrong ones.

Yeah, I guess I don't have the right "wheel lip" or flare. I just have the plastic chip guard at the back of the well, held on by 2 screws and 2 hex head body pins. The box says 2009-2012 so I called customer service thinking they were wrong and the lady gave me an RA# to send them back and said they don't have them made for my truck yet, which I think is odd.

I always thought the Weather tech stuff was real bad ass. Ordered front and rear floor mats and they fit OK, but not $217 OK.. I also ordered a bug shield that they didn't send a hardware kit for, and window vents that didn't come with the rest of my order and ended up being on back order. That took another call to customer service to find out..

I ordered straight from their website. Living in St. Louis the stuff showed up super fast but my experience has been sub par..
