I am sorry I don't live on this forum. My experience with BAK is as follows: I called the owner directly to ask about the RollX. He assured me it was a great product and they stand behind it 100% and to call him anytime. I went to the dealership where they delivered it to get installed. They were cut from the factory, right through the screw!! By the pictures you can tell, NO quality control was done. After a phone call to BAK CS they were clueless and the owner would not speak to me. I did get the national director of sales on the line who informed me there was a quality control error and there are new and improved bars they could send. I said OK. The dealership wasn't to happy about it, but oh well they reinstalled them and they were bent ( see pics ) I called CS again and like last time- clueless!! After numerous revisions that BAK seems to "test" out on it's customers I said forget it. I am not a test monkey! BAK should come out with a product when it is ready not a prototype. The sales director basically admitted it on the phone. The owner wouldn't respond after I bought the product at ALL! MY experience was horrible and with gas prices at least another $50 in travel and time. I will not check this every day or month etc...so don't expect a lot from me. Sorry, Im busy retired, fishing, taking kids to school and traveling
