Default Main firewall bulkhead grommet replaceable?

So...long story short, is the big, main, rubber firewall grommet on the driver's side of the engine bay (see attached picture) replaceable?

Technically, yes. However, to do it correctly, you'd have to remove the wire harness. I'm thinking you could probably cut the grommet on one side to fit over the harness and then seal it with some crazy clue or something that will fuse the rubber together.

I'm digging through my Service Manual and I can't find anything that talks about removing that harness (pulling it back through the firewall). I'm sure it's in there somewhere.

Is it as simple as the main bulkhead connector (C219 I think the connector number is) will pass through the firewall with the grommet removed?

Will it pass through with the grommet removed? I would imagine so, but don't know for sure since I haven't done/seen it, but I'm guessing that when they built the truck they put it through there.
