I couldn't find that one but I did find one:

1C6RD7NT7CS186224

I found the truck on eBay.

Definitely not a 13 dash, but showing a three prong outlet.

Thank you for the VIN , It is verified a 2012

Now you mentioned earlier models had 2 prongs and later had 3 but what does not add up is that the part number from this truck 5082095AB is used all the way back to 2009, Now unless they were equipped 2 different ways something is very strange. The part numbers are as follows from the VIN.

Power outlet 5082095AB
Power outlet Bezel 1JR73DX9AA
Power inverter 5026486AA
This VIN is listed with option code "JKV" 115V auxiliary power outlet

Let me know if you need me to check other VIN's as well to compare

So we have a mystery.

OK, here is the VIN from another 12 that looks from the photo below to have a three prong:1C6RD6LTXCS301511

I was hoping to find a 12 with only a two prong for comparison but I'm having trouble finding a VIN for a 2012 that has a two prong. I think some of the earlier 2012's came that way but I can't find one on the web. Some of the ones I found might have a two prong but I can't confirm because it doesn't have a picture.

Any ideas?

Just checked it, Same part numbers as above and furthermore when I take the VIN filter off there are no choices in outlets.

Are we basing the 2 prong theory on the outside cover pic? Or do you have only a 2 prong in your truck?

Very strange.

I have a 2009 and the outlet in my truck is only a two prong, which is why I'm looking for the three prong. If it was just one 2012 I found with a three prong I'd begin to think I was searching for the Loch Ness Monster or something but if you look on ebay motors every 2012 they list (where you can tell from pics they have an outlet) has a three prong.

Sometimes looking for the correct Mopar part number is like searching for the Loch Ness Monster!

So, I contacted mopar directly as they can look into engineering information for each part number and the one listed is NOT correct.

The correct 3-prong outlet part number is 56046933AA , The error in the catalog should hopefully be corrected soon but I added my own notes should I come across this again.

The inverter and bezel are correct as listed previously

Benny, thanks for tracking this down. I really appreciate it.

OK, as I mentioned I don't need the inverter. I'm replacing the existing one with an aftermarket pure sine wave unit. Now if I read you correctly the bezels are the same, so I shouldn't need to replace it. Is that correct?

So is the outlet available to be ordered? If so how much and how do I go about ordering it?

I asked the gentlemen at Mopar to verify the bezel part number 1JR73DX9AA is correct for the VIN you supplied in order to match the 3 prong outlet and he confirmed it is. With that being said the part number 1JR73DX9AA is used in 2009's and should be the same you have now therefore it is not needed.

The outlet 56046933AA is readily available. It can be purchased here to purchase http://moparonlineparts.com/oemparts...6046933AA.html

Again, thanks very much for not giving up on this. Particularly since it turns out to be a $10 part. Heck the shipping is more expensive than the part

i know that this is a vendor area, BUT ....

My 2009 has the 2 prong 115V Auxiliary Power Outlet
Code JKVP

I modified my bezel a bit with a Blue LED light, it is connected to the little Red flashing light in the EVIC, (that no one can see from outside the vehicle)
the blue LED lights up the whole cab, now everyone knows my Ram has a alarm system.
