Pull Ya, I've seen other posts of people install the fold flat floor from a quad cab in to a crew cab. As far as I know the crew cab seat and all is identical to the quad cab, just pushed back further. I just installed a fold flat floor from a 3rd gen in to my 4th gen quad cab and the holes were there and it works perfect. You only get to use half the bolts compared to the truck that came with them, but it is enough and plenty sturdy.

i just came back from spending some time with the parts guy at my local dealership searching for the part numbers and availability of the fold flat floor for the 4th gen crew cab. this is what we found.

the floor is available in 2 parts:

5sd54dx9ab - 60% split seat - $397.00
5sd55dx9ab - 40% split seat - $294.00

the search of warehouses across the country shows less than a dozen of the 60% side and 2 of the 40% side available.

the parts guy i spoke with has been looking into this for me for several days and is now educated in the flat floor. if anyone wants to order one or the set you can call chris clingerman in parts at 301-678-6163.

Thanks for the info, for the price I will have to keep looking for a salvage yard with what I need. Maybe the prices will be discounted in the future.

Made 1st half out of 3/8 plywood. Quad cab full bench seat. Length 59 1/4" width 12""
Laid in placed traced underneath following contour. Will make fold out when I pick up hinges. Might use a piano hinge not sure yet. Definitely not spend $600 for a piece of carpeted wood.

Search for the guy on this site.

There is a guy on this forum that made his own and offered pictures, dimensions and a parts list. He did a great job.

Try searching him out.
