Default Rear view mirror issues

Ever since I bought my truck I've noticed the rear view mirror is about 1/4-1/2 inch lower in the morning than when I parked at night. I do not see any issues during the day or even when hitting off-road locations with a lot of "washboard" bouncing around. I am going to take it in to have it looked at but the odd thing is it feels very rigid so I don't see how any adjustments will help but hey who knows.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

There was another post about this last month. Several people have this problem, me included. I still haven't taken it to the dealer yet to have it looked at either.

Got me thinking as well. 2012 here. Every few weeks or so, seems as if it drops down just a fraction of an inch. I originally thought I might have been bumping it somehow, but now I know that is not the case. Is there a Viagra for our mirrors? LOL!

I'm having same problem as everybody else. Rear view mirror seems tight but every morning I halve to tilt it up a little. Annoying, but for me, not enough to take it in to the dealer. ?????

I only have to adjust mine maybe once a week, but it does eventually drift down.
