Default Mil p0301 active code help!!

I recently got a bad knock in the engine on start up and active code P0301 with 40,100kms.
Truck will start with ease and steady oil pressure. No oil in the coolant or vise versa. Idles rough but wont stall.
The noise is present during cold start up and at normal engine temp.
No internal, external oil leaks, no debris. Oil has only 3,000kms since last change. Always used 5W20 with Mopar oil filter. There has been 8 oil changes since new.
Truck still under base warranty and brought to the dealer. So far no electrical issues (PCM or wiring, injector(s) etc.)
Based on the Service Dept remarks, it has no electrical issues, they finally removed the left cylinder head and inspected, and replaced the front MSD assembly and related parts. Started the vehicle and noise still present along with the code. The dealership based the repair on past experience.
Not able to review the work order to get hard facts.
Truck still at dealership and going to the "next step??"

I have access to ALLDATA and TSBs. So, I did some research and found the dealer indicated that to their record TSB 09-001-13 (gasoline engine diagnostic inspection procedure) (My truck qualifies for this TSB) was not preformed.
thoughts could be to inspect the lower end now since the top end should be ok. Also inspect flexplates/bolts and nuts (if present). Usually cracked flex plate rattles during start up or rubs more inside the rear engine housing but it may be worth the inspection.

Any thoughts?
Truck been out of service for a week now
