Default HID fog light install problems

Hey guys I'm having problems getting my hid fog light kit to work. Only one side will come on and even the one side that I do get to come on isnt very consistent. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Are you using the Auto side of the headlight switch? Bc with mine I have to turn the switch to the right or sometimes it will do this. If that's not the case make sure that both ballast are humming (very faint). If not then you might have swap the wires that plug into your factory harness. Hope this helps

Try swapping bulbs and see if the problem stays (ballast) or if it follows bulb.
