Default STrange vibration after torque conveter replacement.

So a couple weeks ago my dealer replaced the torque converter in my 2011 4x4 for the drone/howl, since then i have noticed a vibration, like driving over a rumble strip but not as strong or loud. I have no idea if its related to the tc, i had tie rod ends done a couple weeks before that but didnt notice the issue until after the tc was replaced. It has only happened 3 or 4 times since then, but it is a pretty weird vibration, im wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar. It seemed to stop when i let off the accelerator, but it happens so infrequently its hard to test.

Can't edit the title..should have drank my coffee first.

I had the same thing a couple of times, also after a torque converter replacement. It seems that as soon as the transmission shifts it goes away.
It did it mostly the week or 2 after the tc replacement, I haven't noticed it with the warmer weather recently.

It is the converter, its failing to engage/disengage completely. causing a slip (shudder).
