Default Towing mirrors

Where can i find the towing mirrors for a 2000 1500 dodge ram sport. I've found some online but with bad reviews saying they vibrate. I have the little thing i can turn and move around the mirrors for the mirrors i have now. Will that still work or do the tow mirrors with wiring need something else? I have defrost on my mirrors now so do i need to get the tow mirrors with that too? And is there a bracket for the mirrors i need to order also?

It's not a Chevy part if it's bolted on a Ram.
