Default Cruise Control Experts

Hey all, with my recently purchased 1500 rcsb, it did not come with cruise control for some reason. My question is if I would buy another steering wheel such as:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dodge-Ram-15...67abe7&vxp=mtr

or

http://www.ebay.com/itm/STEERING-WHE...5be4b7&vxp=mtr

would the steering wheel just plug in and I will have my cruise control?? Or does it not work like that. thanks

Unfortunately, it does not work like that. I'm thinking that if the CC module was in your truck, then you'd have the controls already.

Not sure, But do not all models have CC? I would think if they all come standard with A/C, they would have the CC.

FYI, C.C. in these trucks is fine on ultra flat roads. Roads with elevation changes, going up hill will cause it to pretty much flor the truck and very slowly downshift two gears. This kills mpg's if you care. I find it easier to just tap the shifter down a gear or two if I need to accelerate uphill on the interstate. This requires much less throttle input.

Agree with S.C. Express here, but I will mention that since I installed my Bully Dog it has pretty well solved all those issues.
