Now what are the options regarding a hybrid vehicle? Is it strictly electric/gasoline...

Or something like Diesel/JP5?
Now there's an idea! When I was in the military, we had a helo mechanic convert his diesel VW Rabbit from diesel to JP5. He got a few gallons every day simply from the daily fuel tests we had to do on the planes.

How bout a turbo? No, not like what's on the engine now. Like the T-58 engine that runs many of our turbo prop planes today. We would still have a TC, it would just convert high flowing air instead of fluid.

Don't know if it was mentioned somewhere. But y'all remember the Silverado hybrid?? Not a good seller. Barely got better mpg at a high cost.

To answer the question? No I wouldn't buy one.

if they want to make the hemi "more green", then add a stop start. would push traffic and city mpg way up.

Default NO

Trucks should not be battery-operated. Batteries are for flashlights and cordless drills.

Voted no, but not for the reason stated, rather because primarily use my Ram to tow and I doubt a Hybrid would be capable of towing our TT.

One of the positive points for me on Ram over Ford EB was no TT. I like simple.
As a engineer; the total energy thermodynamics of E85s, hydrogen, and electrical storage hybrids makes me laugh. I'm also being environmentally conscience by being a single vehicle driver.

hybrid vehicles don't do well around water, especially 4X4 trucks in the marsh
too much high voltage + water = disaster
let the hippies and tree huggers keep this hybrid crap
not for me,plus you'll never get your money back on the overpriced hybrid truck,no matter how long you keep it.
replacement batteries will kill you pricewise when you have to by them
