If he did figure out how to do it, why would he tell everyone exactly how to do it? Mike isn't in the performance business for practice. Maybe when UNICEF gets into the aftermarket performance business then they well give away their secrets, but for now its going to be like any other performance shop....... R&D = money and nobody likes giving away either.
Typically someone would charge a fee for such a service...but nice movie quote...

If you read back the history of me inquiring to him about this you'll see I asked what he would charge.

Getting this thread back on track, and after some research, I'm happy to say that there appears to be two solid solutions available for our Rams:

1- L&M Customs 545RFE (a 68RFE on steroids)
2- Tremec T56 Manual Conversion

Before I get the hate mail about the manual, it can be done for my application at least, a 2WD. And since I converted to a column shift, no center console variant, it's perfectly possible. And if I don't want to use a 2500 manual stick shift and floor console setup, I could go the paddle shift route instead.

And lets face it guys, how cool would it be to have a stick shift 392 Ram.

If you got the balls to do it i would run that Magnum T56 from Tremec it will be worth every last penny spent to make it work.

I have the balls for sure, but what I don't know if I have is the ability to get the tune/software right. Fingers crossed for a badass project.

Can I get in on this game changer? Hmm during my short block build would be the perfect time!

The more the merrier IMO. The goal is to install a clutch pedal, MasterShift electronic shift assembly, SRT 8 shift paddles/wheel, Tremec T56 tranny, bell housing, flywheel, clutch and a custom trans mount and driveshaft. Bottom line: An electronic paddle shift manual Ram.

Sounds awesome! But that might drive my built short block bigger turbo upgrade up too much.

I hear you on that one! I'm looking to have Mike do a complete front/rear brake system for me as well. The bill keeps getting bigger the more my mind wanders!
