good riddance, timing chain issues and no power. give me pushrods over OHC any day. give me a HEMI

and the 4.7L makes pretty impressive power for it's size. I wish the 4.7L would have been offered in some of the cars, it would have done much better, been more popular.

Nothing wrong with OHC although I too typically like pushrods better. There's advantages and disadvantages to both designs.

I loved my 4.7, but now that I have a Hemi, no way would I go back. Same gas mileage, 80 more Crank HP, and 77 more ft-lbs of Torque makes quite a big difference in the go pedal.
