Default Hit a deer, now fog lights don't work

I hit a deer with the left front fender a week or so ago. Bent sheet metal, broke the headlight housing. Nothing serious, at least for the truck. I replaced the broken turn signal bulb, but the headlight still works just doesn't focus due to damaged reflector.
Anyway, I'd never really looked at the fogs before. With the headlights on low beam and the truck running, shouldn't just pushing the little rectangular button below the headlight switch turn on the fog lights? The indicator light on the dash comes on, but the lights don't. Could this have something to do with the damaged headlight or wiring? I'd like insurance to fix it all if it's caused by the collision.

Thanks,
Oak

You are pushing the wrong button.

Push the headlight switch in.. that turns on your fogs. You should get a green indicator on your dash.

The indicator you are getting on your dash now is yellow... you are turning on your cargo lights to light up the bed area.

Another one lmao, I always get a laugh imagining being on the road and having a Ram up front with the guy turning on his bed lights, on and off, on and off flashing the guy behind him trying to get his fogs to turn on

HA! That reminds me of the first day I got my truck, and sitting in my yard with the manual open to the headlight page and saying to myself "HUH? Which one?"
