First off I'm very glad I found this forum and was able to get answers to my questions from searching and from other members
I got my Bilstein 5100's installed at the 2.1 setting and the truck is very close to being level. I measured the center of the fender opening to the ground before and after the install. Before it was at 36 1/2 inches, after it is at 38 5/8 inches. The ride with the Bilstein's is much better than the factory struts. It feels stiffer but when it hits bumps, it feels much smoother. I know that doesn't make sense but that's how it feels to me. It must be the better valving of the Bilstein's. I also got my new wheels and tires today
The wheels are 20X9 Ultra Drifters and the tires are 275/60R20 General Grabber HTS. I wanted to stay with a tire that offered a reasonable price and decent ratings so I didn't go extreme.
I also got my hood spear installed, it was very easy and I used the dry method to put it on. It's flat black and says 390 HP on it. Doesn't show up real good against the dark blue but I like it.
