When should I change my plugs I have 110k on the originals

Well, they are due! I can't remember the change interval, but I was thinking it was 60,000 miles or less.

you will notice a difference in mpg when you change them

even the newest longer lasting plugs available Iridium i believe, are only 100,000 mile plugs

I know it's lacking a lil power and I've checked everything but them and I get like 12.3 on flat ground doin 55

i will see if i can find a post that i recently put up, it has the spark plug numbers

NGK Spark Plugs – 5.7L Engine LZFR5C–11 (Gap 0.043 in [1.1 mm])
in stores ask for NGK Copper Core - Spark Plug Part # 92174

Champion spark plugs - REC14MCC4
in stores ask for Champion® Copper Plus - Spark Plug Part # 446

ROCK AUTO seems to have the best prices
