Get a MOBIL 1 oil filter, a Royal Purple or K&N filter. Even the newest TOP end FRAM (which I'm evaluating on both my cars) will keep the oil cleaner longer and actually FILTER the oil with filtering media instead of dribbling the oil over cardboard.
Fram makes the Mopar, STP, K&N, Mobile 1, Royal Purple (and other brands) of filters.

Fram has re-invented itself, admitting pass quality issues.

A real eye opener for me.

Nice find. I've been anti-Fram for quite some time. There was a period when they made junk. Sounds like the current management has really turned them around. It will take them years to overcome all the negative publicity. I wish them well but I'm probably going to stick with my PureOne filters for now.
