Question JBA headers causing dipstick tube problems

So Had My JBA headers installed the other day and they told me they could get the oil dipstick tube all the way in and they had to bend it swell. I took a look inside and also noticed the tube is now touching the header as well.

Is it a big problem that the tube is touching the header with all that heat? Is there any aftermarket tubes that are braided and flexible? What should I do!!!!

I had the same issue with my bbk headers. From the top with the good open and the dipstick bolted up push down and pull away from the header. This should bend it enough to not touch the header
