I had an "08" Dakota with Bed Rails and found that the only Tonneau covers that would work are ones made specifically to mount to the bed rails as the clamp system on regular covers will not work with bed rail system. I also wanted to put in the sliding toolbox but Mopar said it would not work with the cover on.

If you look at the pic, the utility rails are a good bit below the bed rails.

My concern is really the top of the box hitting the locking bars on my cover as it moves form the front to the rear of the bed.
