Red face Stereo wiring what a nightmare!!

Hi, i just recently got a 95 ram, with an installed stereo.. they had wires all over the place.. cut the factory connection.. and the sound sucked , big time.. so i started to look, the first thing i did was replace the cut factory connection ,, one wire left over.. came out of a 94? I also put in one of those connect easy to the deck connectors,,so then i replaced factory front speakers
the left side works , and has two wires connected.. to each other, ? not sure why that is.. right front speaker dont work.. but the tweeter does??? so i checked the back speaker and found that they were using black/white, and black orange , with blue /pink or red,, and a black and a green just hanging.. i found that the wires were the right front speaker is they joined the same two wores that were joined in the left front speaker..i have a diagram, for 95 and at the loom it seems to be correct.. but still its a mess in there,, HELP! lol

Sounds like a huge mess...I worked on a guys 56 ford car that the previous owner liked blue....really liked blue....every wire under the hood was blue! My advice...start over...rip it all out and run new wire to each speaker....
