all the diablos for the ram truck has it, throttle sensitivity adjustment. All I really cared for, wished they would just release it with that for the 13' for time being LOL

It allows you to adjust the pedal sensitivity. These new trucks have an electronic sensor that opens the throttle body instead of a cable to pull it open. The throttle boost tells the pcm to make the sensitivity higher. But even better is the tune keeps the truck in 4th gear at lower speeds instead of the jump to overdrive. No more bogging down feeling.

And this still applies to 3rd gens? I mean I guess it has to since the option is there. Is there any reason not to have the throttle booster applied I mean I always like a quick take off

I'm not sure what year the Rams changed to drive by wire throttle bodies. If a truck has a drive by cable throttle body then the throttle response would be instant any way.

35-45mph? You are probably just now noticing how bad the gear ratios are from from 2-3-4th gear. Under normal driving the rpms drop way below 2grand into 4th at that speed, it still sucks if you have your foot in the throttle.. It lugs the engine for a few moments..especially if the mds/eco is active. Trans/engine tuning seems to be what makes a lot of guys the happiest when trying to resolve these issues. That and a stall convertor. It's the first thinkg on my revised wishlist after watching guys on here spend thousands of dollars and still not be satisfied. The stall really changes the fun factor.

I'm not trying to steal your post but I'm new to the forum and I don't know how to post yet I have a 2006 2500 with the 5.7 hemi already have bully dog triple dog programmer k&n cai and banks monster exhaust looking for more power should I go Tb or headers first and what brand is best thanks and sorry for butting in
