Default 1998 Electrical fan conversion

I am looking at useing these fans along to cool my 1998 dodge 1500. I wil controll it with an electrical fan Congolese that probes the radiator. I also want to make it so they kick on and of with the ac. Do u guys think they will have enoughf cooling power?

They look a bit small, the radiator (on mine) is 31" wide and 20" tall.

As a general rule of thumb, 10CFM per cubic inch displacement, 5.2 = 3500 and 5.9 = 4000 (round up to be sure).

Maybe check these out (what I'm planning on);

Or if you've got the coin, these are real sweet;

I converted my '95 to electric. I was gonna buy a cheap double fan set up on ebay. Then I found an article on how to use an electric fan from a '99 to '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The quality is better than cheap generic fans. And it is the right size to almost fill the end of the shroud. So you don't have to worry about how you are going to mount the coolant overflow and windshield spray reservoir. I bought the controller at Advanced for $40. You can adjust it to come on at the temp you want and it will come on when ac turns on. It works great. My temp stays right where it should. I will look for the article and add a link if I find it.

Thanks guys. Haven't had time to be on here recently. Trying to get things ready for college. And with college comes a list of about 8,000$ in tools I have to buy. So my bank account is starting to look worse then a hobo's. but by box is filling up with a lot of nice fancy tools. I will have to look into the wj fan. I know the v-8 wj uses a hydro fan which is a pain in the ass.

I have a pair of 14 inch Flexalite fans for my 98 Ram. They are the s blade fans & should do a good job cooling my truck. I have the AC relay to make the fan in front of the compressor run with the ac. I had efans on my 97 F150. I got a 3 mpg gain on it I hope these help my 318s mileage.
