I bought the pioneer a series 3 ways for my doors from best buy. The fit no problem and all holes lined up.

I put kicker ks3.5 in the dash and that made the biggest improvement. Others will tell you the same.

Good luck!!

Did you have to pull the dash to change out the speakers up there?

No. Just use a pocket knife or flathead and pry the backside, nearest you, of the grill. And pull it off. Hardest part is working in that awkward area. Lol.

Alpine Type Rs fit in the front doors. You could save some $, and go with Type S in the rear. The dash speakers take a couple of min to replace. It's really tight to get the screws for the center speaker. There wasn't enough room for a small 1/4" ratchet, and I didn't have a wrench that small. I use a socket, and turned with pliers to loosen the 1 screw.

I think Ill wait til I need a windshield. Ill do it when I pull the glass.

I looked @ a pair of 8's 4" voice coils ,8 ohm, 12 pounds each. I can bridge them to 4 ohms and rock on. Sold a HK91 so I have some funds to play.
