I've got mine installed and I have no problems with heavy city driving yet. I had already done the "big three" upgrade (the audio world's big three). And I also raised my idle park/drive rmp slightly. With both of these I haven't needed a smaller alternator pulley yet.

I was given an under drive pulley from a guy when I bought his AEM BruteForce CAI... he sold his Hemi Sport because he said he did all the upgrades engine wise and it still was getting poor fuel mileage and had no HP to pull his 25ft camper! I remember him saying that the belt was the same size as I believe it was a 2001 GMC/Chev 2500HD. I was thinking of putting my under drive pulley on, but since I am not sure what make it is I have no way of finding out what belt I need to pick up to use it. Any ideas? Can anyone tell me the overall diameter of their pulley? As mine doesn't look like either the motoblue or summit one at all. Thanks.

When you did his could you tell any difference?

When I did the swap I also swapped a cam and went to ported Eagle heads with a 6.1L intake manifold... the underdrive pulley was just part of the swap and wasn't a major player in the power gains I got.

Will this fit a 2011 5.7 Hemi Ram?

On my 2005, I had light dimming issues when the AC was on. Wasn't with the money so I sold it. That was 10 years ago. Anyone have issues with lighting, power steering, wipers or AC under heavy electrical load conditions

I think that's one on the reasons the new one Moes is selling is 15% underdrive of instead 20%. I don't have one but read a thread about them and they seemed to not have that issue

I have a 40% underdrive and so far it seems to work great except the discharge at idle.....
