Default 1k miles and one road trip under my belt

Hey All,

Well,,,thought I'd post up a few issues I THINK I may be having. Have had the truck for about a month and took my first road trip last weekend. Not to far, about 600 miles round trip.
Gas mileage according to dash was between 20 - 21,,,,,,was VERY happy with that, of course,,,,did not check it manually, but still impressed. The ride was Cadillac smooth!!!!

Now, the things I am having issues with so far are the backup camera, and the HD radio.

The backup camera didn't seem very clear to me,,,not so much during the day,,,,but at night,,,the screen is like looking at an old black and white tele with a screen full of snow!!!

The stereo for the most part is great,,,,not having any issues except the radio, then I use the FM the stations just don't seem to come in clear,,,not like my last 2 Rams. I have one station that broadcast HD local, when I get to that,,,the reception is nothing like the HD radio in the wife's VW. The other thing is it won't pick up the station automatically,,,,only when I hit the HD button does it go to HD automatically. What I mean is,,,when I scan all the stations,,,no HD comes in,,,,when I hit the HD button on a known HD station, it will come in and then, when I scan all the stations again,,,it will pick up the HD ones when it gets to them.

I know I should count my blessings that I'm only having these few issues. going to make an app with the dealer to trouble shoot,,,,,just wanted to pass along my experience so far!!!!

Really digging the truck so far!!!

Thanks

Mike

I have also noticed that some FM stations don't come in very well on my new truck. Previous truck or any other vehicles have a problem with reception of the those stations.
Satellite radio is not as good either. I've had it drop out several time but that has already been discussed and is due to SirusXM vs Sirus in the rest of my vehicles.

Thinking the back up cam at night issues are from needing more light, get better reverse light bulbs.
