Default scrunching noise from rear breaks

i got a 09 slt sport and theres a scrunching noise coming from the rear driver side break almost like theres a spring grinding .. it sounds like its the hand break but i cant see anything wrong with it .. i tried loosing the hand break same noise and tighting them and still no change ... i have also changing the rear pads and rotors .. anyone have any ideas what it can be im stumped

the hand brake is actually inside the rear rotors,.. have you change the handbrake liners (pads) and springs
