When I bought my 1500, I could have gotten the 2500 diesel for $12k off sticker which was $34,500. It was the basic work truck, 4 door, 4wd.

I just bought my 2013 Dodge Ram CC 2500 ST, with 4x4 and Diesel. I paid $37,500 for my truck. Its the basic like Spike mentioned above, but its worked perfect for me. Yes, there are things I would have rather had and could have had for the same price in a 2013 Dodge Ram CC 1500, but I wanted the diesel. At first i didn't enjoy the non-carpet that came in the ST....BUT..after my 4th camping trip with my truck, its so much easier to wipe out then cleaning out carpet and even with carpet, I would have just covered it with plastic floor mats.

I traded in a 07 Yukon Denali XL and they paid off my loan, so I probably could have done better, but I was just happy to get out of the loan and still get my truck for under 40k

2500 Diesel Big Horn, MSRP $52,540, Negotiated $42,476. Made deal on 2nd day before end of the Month. After deal, added a few bells and whistles (like Nav activation).

I bought my Ram 2500 Hemi last Sunday for $32,231.00. Mine has a few upgrades so the sticker price was $39,900.00. I did not need the diesel.

On my 10K off of MSRP - dealer did give me a guarantee on a trade-in (sight unseen except for some PICs i sent them) - reasonable value for dealer trade-in (and then i also get the tax credit). Should mention that we agreed on price of the RM before agreeing on Trade-in value.
