I'm running 285/70/17 Duratrac's and a leveling kit and have since the truck had 300 miles on it, so I can't compare mileage. Hopefully yours stay quiet for you because mine with about 20K on them have gotten really loud. They had 8K on them when I installed them and they sounded decent until about 2K ago and then started to really howl. They still seem to drive and ride nice though, with no vibration or pulling so I can't complain about that. I got 16.7 mpg on a recent trip from Colorado to New Orleans with them inflated to about 52psi. The return trip was pulling a 4,200 lb trailer and going uphill so I felt lucky to get 13.1 on that leg. Also that trip was in the summer, so we had good gasoline at least. The truck is a Hemi crew cab 4x4 with 3.92 gears and running 75mph at least the whole trip.

Crazy Question... I have a short entry in my garage. If you get a chance could you measure the total height on your truck ground to the roof. I want to do this but I am scared of not fitting in the garage. I have about 8" of clearance now. I am pretty sure I will make it, but there is nothing like real-world data.

I measured on my stone driveway and to the top of my truck was about 78". Again, that's on gravel so maybe give or take an inch, but either way you should be good.

I currently have a set with 103,000kms on them 285/70r17
They are on the wear bars now, but I bet you could guess if I like them or not.
They were awesome
I'd say the first 2 winters they were great, 3rd winter they were ok, last winter not great but they already had plenty of miles by last winter.
They have a fair amount of towing miles, and off-road miles. Keeping lots of air (45psi) in them made the fuel economy negligible if it was different. 35 psi they noticeably suck more fuel.
I will likely buy again, however I wish they had a few more sizes. 255/80r17 would be sweet.

Got my eye on the DuraTrac's as soon as I collect a few more Benjamins. Look great and all the reviews are solid.
