Default San Diego & SoCal OffRoading Truck Trails

Hello everyone, I though I would start this thread because I searched in the 4x4 section to find out about good trails we can actually take our trucks on. I would like and request that anyone that loves to go offroading in San Diego county or so-cal where they like to go and what kind of difficultly people would have with their trucks, whether or not this a Beginners Trail (can go solo), Moderate Trail (should probably bring a buddy just in case) or Extreme Trail (like I would be using my winch a lot in this trail) and if you think stock trucks would make it on that trail also (by stock I mean stock 4x2 or 4x4 street tires with only the stock lift or stock dealership lift kit). Another thing that would be great is if you could put the name of the trail and the GPS coordinates or street address of the trails entry point.

I just think that this would be a good sticky thread but have it by state and city and level of difficulty beginner, moderate or extreme.

Thank you to all that take the time to contribute to this thread if you do please give all information that you can on your favorite trail or trails and if reporting on more than one trail to make sure you use a dividing line or say trail 1 or trail 2, so on and so on so others aren't confused

I have an easy fun one. It goes from Orange County to Riverside County over the Santa Ana Mountains through Cleveland National Forest. You will need four wheel drive but you will not need a lift. This run can be done alone. Start at the Maple Spring Truck Tail Gate at the very end of Silverado Canyon.
3344'50.99"N
11735'0.67"W. Follow the road which is paved for about 2 to 3 miles passed the gate. Turn left onto Main Divide Rd. and take that to Bedford Mountain Way.
3345'44.50"N
11733'2.58"W

At 3347'57.10"N
11731'55.48"W The road comes out at a golf course in a residential neighborhood at Weirick Rd in Corona right at the 15 and Temescal Canyon. It is about 12 miles as the crow flies but about 26 on the road. Beautiful scenery.

Tom's Farms is right there and I like to take the whole family and get some good food and have a good time.

Enjoy

There are so many trails in SoCal, almost to many to list
Some trails also have other activities going on
like 4X4, quads, cycling, hiking

The only off roading that i do is when i have to escort a semi truck into the boondocks to deliver a modular home, cranes & excavators to set power lines & things like the Border fence between the USA & Mexico.
I really dislike turning onto barely graded roads, unless i am getting paid to do it

There is the idea of keeping some them hush hush, too many Enviro-nazis..

That being said, I have been in SoCal most my life, and am always down for a run in the desert/mud/hills!!!

Just not for a week or so, need a new 4wd actuator. LOL
