Thanks for all the replies so far.

I spoke with a mechanic, and he recommended against the AAL because, he said, it would add a few inches of lift to the truck's rear and I might need to add some to the front as well. Then again, he hasn't actually seen the truck yet and I just spoke with him on the phone about it.

Does that sound legit to you guys, or should I go for the AAL as a temporary fix and eventually replace the springs later?
