Default Water in driver side mirror

I was wondering why only one side of my entry white lights (the lights that light up under the mirrors when you unlock the truck) worked when I unlocked it. Well come to find out that somehow water seeped into mirror housing and ended up frying the driver side mirror lights...funny part is the turn signal in that still works but its full of water and like i said the white led light is the only one that doesn work...
Any suggestions?

Mine got water in it after I accidentally cracked the edge of the housing on a telephone pole. The lights still work, but they're almost a purple color now. One of these days I might get a new housing.
