Unless things changed between the Magnum engines and the LA engines, you will need a balancer plate. The 360 (LA) engine was externally balanced at the flywheel and the 318 was internally balanced. (Don't ask me how I know. Lol). I don't know if this is true of the Magnum engines, but it is worth researching.

If you are into Chrysler vehicles, like 1960s to 1980s, not many being trucks
i know of a place in San Diego County that has several of each kind & year of Chrysler, Dodge, & Plymouth products
Maybe 300 of them & i believe he has sold as many as 200 more
they have been just sitting there for YEARS, collecting dust
When i show people the place from up on the highway, looking down at them, they drool

I bought mine this way, but my 2000 has a manual conversion. Only problem I've found so far is you can start it whether it's in gear or not, or whether the clutch is depressed. The CEL is also on, but I haven't hooked my code reader to it yet to figure out what it's on about - but I suspect they left the auto PCM in it.

WHat bugs me the most is the inability to use the cup holders, because the shifter is in the way!
