I'm trying to work a deal on a 13' Sport. Sticker is 48k, they quoted me 41k with incentives in NC supposedly. Anyone have tips for a young buyer, has no air ride but almost everything else. What should I be looking at shooting for price wise?

I think the best thing to do is take that $41k price you got (get it on paper if you can) and call/email 10 other dodge dealers around you. Tell each one you're calling the rest of the dealers and you want their best price and are ready to sign tomorrow. I bet you can get another $2k off that price at least....probably more with '14 right around the corner.

This. Play the field (unless you can use the USAA car buying service).

Does anyone think offering 10k off sticker on a express crew seems insulting?

Not sure if you mean insulting to the buyer or the dealer, but in the end, who cares? Its business. They want to sell for the highest price and you want to pay the lowest price. If you let emotion enter into the equation, the dealer will end up on the better end of the deal.

Sticker $55,700 CAD

Paid $42.5 incl GST (Alberta) in February.

Free running boards and bed-liner. Had 3 dealers offering same plus or minus $1000 or 1000 Air Miles lol.
