my first thought is clean the battery terminals, check the belt tensioner and have your battery checked. i always like to start with the simple things.

My 2012 R/T with 5000 miles has always done this, first start of the day seems like it can't decide which plug to fire, I use mostly Chevron 89 have tried 91 no change. I hesitate to tell the dealer about it for fear they may change something that causes other problems.

My first thought would be the fuel pressure regulator, but I believer it is integrated in with the fuel pump. So you may have the makings of a pump starting go bad.

my 2007 seems to be doing something very similar. when it sits over night and esp a few days it doesn't want to fire immediately. It hesitates. I have another thread on it...think i might start with fuel pump when I have money. they are expensive tho
