Default Aeries Grill guard suck

So I purchased the Aries grill guard and installed. The installation was great and the product looked great. I was happy. I drove around months with it on my RAM mainly on highway.
Then I decided one weekend to take my dog camping and we went on an easy excursion to the Sheep Mt Range in Nevada. Easy off pavement road nothing complex, one does not need 4 wheel drive. The dog and I had a great day camping we came back home the following day.

About half way home the Dam Grill guard fell off. Yes it fell the F Off. Mind you the bolts held in place the brackets sheared off. Imagine at highway speeds what would have happened. Luckily I was only doing about 10-15 Mph. Neat-less to say I was pissed.

Well I contacted the company about three times and got no answer. I found a Facebook page and put up my situation there and was told this was a place to show case and to contact company.

Bottom line this product looks good, installs easy, yet is not reliable and piss poor customer service.
