I think you hit the nail on the head. The Red Jacket jeep had a rack/light bar installed on it. They shipped it to them and He left out the next day coming to my house.That thing had rocked side to side enuff to eat out the top and loosen the bolts in just a 3.5 hour drive. We had to fix it here.

There is a toolbox install kit that HAS to be used on these trucks. if you don't use it, it will crack the bed. look @ the toolboxes thru mopar and they mention the kit. the headache rack will put as much if not more pressure on the bedrails as a toolbox. the dealer istalled the parts improperly, they should fix it!
