Default 4" Rancho with Bilstein 5100?

I just installed my 4" Rancho system last night. Can anyone tell me if they have swapped the Rancho 5100's out with Bilstein 5100's?

The Rancho shocks are way to stiff and erratic for me. I don't know if its possible to add a spacer on top of the Bilstein system to make up for the additional length that the Ranchos come in?

Side by side it looked like the Ranchos are about 3 to 4" longer than the Bilsteins.

It's on a '12 1500 4x4.

Swapping out to Rancho 9000 or Bilstein 5100 should improve ride
Did your kit come with front and rear Rancho shocks?
It does not appear to be included in the kit.

Tech line says the 9000 isn't available for the 4" kit, only the 5000's will work. I already have the bilsteins in the rear and they are great. The kit came with a set of 5000's for the rear but I doubt they are as smooth as the bilsteins.

You are right as they are not long enough.
We can get you front and rear Bilsteins.....but you said you have rear bilsteins?
Let me know either way if you need anything

I have them both already, my only thought is to use a spacer on top to get the length of the rancho shock but I don't know if that's safe or if its been done before?
